Suppose that you created an application using the best technologies, and it is so good that it is at the top of the recommendation algorithms. But then you can understand that you need to make a pivot for survival. But you no longer have a budget and you cannot make changes to occupy your niche in the market. Therefore, you do not need exactly the same technology as Uber to test the service and acquire users. You need a product with a minimum of functions in order to understand whether you are moving in the right direction, and then to develop an app like Uber. What do you think?
