I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps provided which are working without any issue.
Agent Status is Active
Agent is able to ping Connection with name (DNS is working )
Able to telnet the port numbers 389,4001
Agent and Server version on same platform.
Agent and Server are in same Subnet
Firewall on Both Systems are off
