Upgrade went fine, but contrary to the documentation, despite have an existing licence, it installed as a 30 day eval.
Also unlike documentation, Windows drivers in VMTools appear to be signed.
After upgrading vmtools in a windows 7 guest, (32 bit) screen changes resolution when going to full screen but goes to a fixed size (800x600) when not full screen.
EDIT: It seems the drivers AREN'T signed but the video driver did not insatll. Had to reinstall vmtools and explicitally install video driver
